AIATA Law Enforcement Administration was formed in 2021. It was formed to provide the needed manpower for law enforcement activities. The first priority for this association is the provision of proficient and well-trained officials to serve the communities. To achieve this, they conduct recruitment drives for police officers, security personnel, highway patrol officers, prison guards and other law enforcing personnel. They also conduct tests on fresh graduates to ensure that they possess all skills and knowledge to serve effectively. Graduates are taught different methods to combat crime and prepare them for their careers.
This organization provides several branches which include the Intelligence Wing, the Forensic Wing, the Criminal Justice Wing and the Homeland Security Wing. The Intelligence Wing provides counterespionage, global terrorism and cyber warfare intelligence. They also work with national and international agencies to gather information that could be used in the formulation of law enforcement strategies. The Forensic Wing investigates crimes, collects evidence, interrogates witnesses and suspects and tests victims for DNA evidence to be used in court.
Their forensic arm produces crime scene investigation and the execution of autopsies. This wing has been instrumental in the solving of numerous murders, rapes, kidnapping and armed robbery cases. They also train police officers on how to deal with difficult criminal cases. The Criminal Justice Wing is responsible for investigating crimes committed by terrorists, violent offenders, sex offenders and those involved in crime. It seeks to bring to justice these kinds of criminals.
The Homeland Security Wing is responsible for providing internal affairs and intelligence to support the Department of Homeland Security. They also maintain liaison with the local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to enhance communication and coordination with them. This wing is mainly concerned with the prevention of acts of terror and the preparation of security plans. They provide training to supervisors and law enforcement personnel in homeland security.
The Criminal Justice wing trains and equips agents for performing surveillance in all areas where an apprehension of criminals may occur. This is a very important function of the IATA. Surveillance of criminals is a very sensitive function because law enforcement cannot arrest its suspects unless it has evidence to do so. With surveillance, the IATA provides training to its law enforcement affiliates on how to observe, record and document activities of their subjects. They also learn how to use video cameras and other tools to gather evidentiary reports.
The Fraud Wing trains agents on how to investigate fraud cases. This is one of the most important functions of the IATA and the most critical in ensuring the safety of people and assets in the business and travel industries. As the world’s economy continues to face problems with terrorism, many people are making investments abroad that involve large sums of money. Law enforcement agencies rely on expert law enforcement personnel to protect the public and ensure that these transfers of money are not exploited to fund terrorist organizations.
The Criminal Justice Branch also investigates and deals with other criminal matters. One such matter is the conviction and arrest of an individual suspected of a crime. This includes cases in which suspects are suspected of committing bank frauds, money laundering, tax evasion and any other crimes. In order to investigate and apprehend criminals, the police force needs highly trained agents. The FBI and many other law enforcement agencies throughout the world also use this branch to maintain their criminal cases.
The International Air Transportation Bureau is responsible for regulating all aspects of air transportation in the world. For example, if there is a hijacking of a flight, the IATA immediately contacts all affected airlines to provide them with emergency information. The same thing applies if there is an accident. If there is a serious injury or if there is a catastrophic natural disaster, the bureau immediately contacts the relevant authorities for assistance. Because of its global importance, the IATA also maintains a coordinating hub, which enables all involved agencies to coordinate their activities.
